1. The Service

GEO Audit provides a one-time generative engine optimisation report for a single domain specified by you during checkout. The report includes an analysis of how your domain is perceived by various AI systems and offers strategic recommendations.

2. Delivery Time

Reports are typically delivered to your provided email address within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Delays caused by incorrect domain or email inputs are not our responsibility, but we will eagerly assist in correcting them.

3. 15-Day Refund Guarantee

We stand by our product with an unconditional 15-day refund guarantee under specific conditions:

• If the report you receive does not include at least 3 specific, actionable findings you can implement, you are entitled to a full refund.
• To claim this guarantee, you must email support no later than 15 days from the date of the report's delivery.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Hotmart.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

The SEO and AI landscapes are constantly evolving. Implementing our recommendations does not guarantee explicitly improved rankings or direct citations in ChatGPT, Google Overviews, or Perplexity, as these systems rely on opaque, fluctuating algorithms. Our reports are based on best practices and current knowledge.

Under no circumstances will GEO Audit be liable for business losses, loss of revenue, or indirect damages caused by the implementation or lack thereof of strategies included in the report.
